1 cup lobster meat
1 teaspoon grey poupon mustard
4 Tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon horseradish
2 Tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon Parsley
2 hard-cooked eggs, minced
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
Combine parsley, lemon juice, mustard, horseradish, salt and milk. Melt the 4 Tablespoons butter; slowly stir in the flour, and then stir in the mixture slowly so that it thickens easily. Heat, stirring until thickened.Add the lobster and minced eggs. Fill shells or ramekins, sprinkle with the combined bread crumbs and butter. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
All ingredients can be halved, if necessary, just in case you brought home a store bought lobster.
